BODY ACHES:- THE ACTUAL CAUSE(S)

 

Hardly is there anyone who has not experienced body aches and pains.

Aside your body being hit by someone or in an accident,  if you are asked the main or usual cause(s) of body aches, you would most likely say stress from overworking or overstretching the body.  

Wrong answer! If the body is overworked or overstretched, what you should feel is tiredness with need to rest, not aches, not pains.

You may have heard of people who slump during physical exercises. People conclude it is because they over-exerted the body - doing much more than their body can take. But if its just that alone, what should have happened is that they get very tired and unable to continue the exercise(s), not slump or die. 

But you may argue that it’s  because during the exercise(s) overstretching the body, the person felt intense body aches or pains that led to the slump. 

That may be true but the actual cause of the body pains or aches is not the rigorous exercises ,- it only amplified  the problem that body has been having.

There are those who also belong to the School of thought that body aches and pains are result of growing old - Error! Noooo!

Growing old shouldn't  cause body aches  if not for the actual causes.

So what then is the actual cause(s) of body aches? - the impurities – toxins in the body system- bloodstream -  the more they are, the more the body aches.

ILLUSTRATION
For example, a pipe was made specifically for the passage of clean or pure water at a certain speed. Let’s say the pipe has  different parts along its course similar  to the tissues, organs and joints in the human body or just simply imagine round sieves with joints holding them in place at different points in a circular pipe.

 As long as the water flowing through is pure and the pipe is clean, the water  will pass through smoothly. 

But when impurities, e.g. let's say sand  get into the water flowing through the pipe, there will be a slowing down in the movement of the water through the pipe. Not only that, the impurities -  in this example  - sand will cause some friction in the pipe  as the water is flowing through. If that pipe was a living thing, you can imagine the discomforts it would be feeling.

Moreover, some of the impurities will be deposited in some parts of the pipe like the joints (does that sound familiar to those who have experienced joint or arthritic pains?). 

Subsequently, if the pipe is not thoroughly cleaned, whenever the water is passing through those areas in the pipe, there would be discomforts. 

Likewise our bodies, like a broken record, I say again -  the carcinogens in the food, drinks, medicines or drugs, atmosphere, body-care products that get into and flow in our body system - bloodstream cause pains or body aches  because they were not meant to be taken into the body and are harmful. 

They cause obstruction to the smooth flow of blood and friction to the body organs and tissues and in the joints. 

You may say exercises and body massage will help the blood flow faster -  Yes, but will also help the carcinogens move faster causing aches in different parts of the body they touch and the aches may get so  intense that the body becomes too weak to function or slumps. 

Note: This is a food-health story, not a medical story. 
So every time you reach for that pain-killer or some other medicine to silence the pain or ache, know that if you don’t do something effective about the toxins getting into your system mainly through foods and drinks and those other means, you have not actually solved  the problem but postponed it. In fact, you may even have compounded it. 

 Try to Eat Clean.
