..may even lead to death...
Substances that are non-biological, that have not emanated from the natural life process of God, the Creator would cause problems in the human body.
Those are substances that do not come from natural growing processes as real food does. Also, non-biological substances (i.e. non -food substances) do not support natural growth processes as water, air, soil and sun do. So non-biological substances are non-food substances that disrupt human body functions if elements in them get absorbed by the blood.
MEDICATIONS
The initial producers of medications such as vaccines, antibiotics had good intentions. But there is very serious need though to dissect vaccinations versus natural immunity. If not, how many times would people be injected with pathogens to vaccinate them from all diseases?
Why should the Masterpiece human body created by the Almighty God to function excellently be injected with disease-causing organisms even in mild form or small quantity for the body to have the immunity that God already built into it? That is a matter for another time.
In those earlier times, they used biological substances to produce vaccines, antibiotics and most, if not all medicines. Those biological substances would decompose naturally and be expelled from the body because the human body should have capacity to expel whatever is biological (i.e. of natural life). But in modern times, as a result of the need for mass production, stemming from growing large populations of people, not all substances in vaccines, antibiotics and most other medications are biological anymore.
Many medications including vaccines and antibiotics now contain synthetic or inorganic components which cannot naturally decompose. The initial vaccines were biological products produced from weakened or killed viruses and bacteria. Modern formulations of vaccines, antibiotics and other medications mostly include synthetic (artificial) ingredients produced in the lab.
I read that the synthesising is to improve stability, safety, and effectiveness. What effectiveness if the substances in those synthesised ingredients cannot naturally decompose into a form that can be expelled by the body after absorption by the blood? Those substances that cannot be expelled from the blood naturally damage cells causing at least pains, don’t they?
HEAVY METALS
Lots of medications also contain metals such as aluminium, mercury. Although in recent times due to more general awareness of their toxicity, there are reports that drug manufacturers would remove such from their formulations.
FOOD
Whether or not medicines and drugs producers remove the biological substances, people generally would still not be able to escape heavy metals and synthetic substances from getting into their bodies! Why? Because they have also been used by more food producers, even fresh foodstuffs farmers in synthesised food processing agents, preservatives, chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, ripening agents etc.
THE DAMAGING EFFECTS
According to Science Direct, “Heavy metals are essentially non-biodegradable, meaning once they are ingested through food, water, or medications, the body cannot break them down as it does with other organic compounds.”
According to PubMed Central, “Because toxic metals can bind to cellular sites and cause oxidative stress, they often do not leave without active intervention.”
Cleveland Clinic explains, “Oxidative stress is an imbalance between unstable molecules called free radicals (produced from toxicants such as heavy metals and synthetic chemical elements in the body) and antioxidant defences (from healthy foods e.g. plant nutrients) in your body. When free radicals outnumber antioxidants, they damage cells and tissues, accelerating aging and contributing to chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and neurodegenerative disorders.”
So, except for metals like iron and zinc that can be processed into nutrients by the body, most heavy metals as well as synthetics in foods and medications produce free radicals causing pains and diseases and may lead to death.
SOLUTION
What then can people do if they already have free radicals from medications, foods, drinks, even air and body care products causing pains which may or may not have resulted in diseases?

PART THREE: PREMATURE DEATHS FROM DISEASES ARE PREVENTABLE
To remove toxic hard inorganic substances which hinder blood flow causing diseases/deaths in humans, those non-food substances first need to be broken down.
Those substances may not even be visible if examined directly with human eyes but they contain compounds that cannot be expelled through the kidney(s). This is because they were never meant to enter the body. So they must be degraded into forms that can pass through the kidney(s) without damaging these renal organs.
The longer they stay in the body, the higher the likelihood of diseases which may be life-threatening. Refer to PART ONE and PART TWO of this series on how they get into the body and get absorbed by the blood.
Being able to expel those non-food substances from our bodies is even the mercy and goodness of the Almighty God, the Creator. So, to get them out, take God-given foods (substances). Those are simply items from plants that have been grown naturally or purely.
May I ask –“how did intelligent human beings get to the point of believing those who told us that the medicines or drugs they produced that have undergone synthetic processing are safer than purely, naturally grown edible plant parts?
Meanwhile, the real nutrients (food substances) in those medications are taken from agricultural raw materials i.e plants and animals. Any medication without food substance(s) is packaged trash. It is the food substances(nutrients) in medications that aid the body in healing itself.
Every other thing that is not a food substance that gets into the body through medications, food, drinks, body care products, air breathed etc are what causes diseases if they build up over time. Beware of so-called nutrients that have been synthesised i.e. got from non-food substances.
Genesis1.29 – “And God said, See, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the land and every tree with seed in its fruit; you shall have them for food.
Gen.1.30 - And to all the animals on the earth and to every bird of the air and to everything that creeps on the ground - to everything in which there is the breath of life - I have given every green plant for food. And it was so.”
If as humans, we never take non-food substances into our bodies, we would hardly be sick from diseases. So we really should find out if those who use those substances in producing what will get into human bodies really don’t know or deliberately want people diseased for the inherent benefits they will get.
Food item(s) to be used in safely removing the non-food substances should not also deposit its own toxics. There are so many God-given food substances in nature. Some months ago, I had detected possibility of build-up of non-food substances in my body. I knew my kidney(s) were having difficulty expelling them (will explain another time how to detect these).
Apart from being prayerful on health issues, I have been intensely researching since Year 2017/2018 when I discovered that most, if not all health challenges were caused by non-food substances getting into our bodies through foods, drinks, medications etc. Also my academic background and considerable part of my working career has been involved in agriculture through journalism/ information gathering. So I have not been doing guesswork.
To tackle the discomforts I was having from the considerable presence of toxics in my body, I decided to chew raw guava leaves freshly-plucked in my garden. Certain leaves, seeds and parts of some plants are more effective and safe than others in breaking down hard inorganic substances inside the body.
Some other leaves like pawpaw leaves also remove toxics but from my findings, not as effective in breaking down the harder substances. I have severally researched and tested on these.
MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
I am in my early 50s. After some years of experiencing back pains which they say comes with age, I decided to chew about four freshly-plucked organic-grown guava leaves for the first time. Actually that morning, I had exercised so much because I was determined to end the stiffness in my back. I was experiencing so much discomfort. With the exercises, I perceived substances in my body moving from my back area towards my kidney area. Afterwards there was a lumpy feel in my belly around the right kidney with some discomfort.
Just some minutes after chewing the guava leaves (not up to 30 minutes), I actually felt the lump in that part of my belly around the right kidney dislodging. The substances were moving upwards – I was somewhat panicky for a moment as a thought crossed my mind – what if the substances flowing up with my blood get to my heart and cause cardiac arrest? I had near me a cup of water and another cup of herbal tea which I already drank so much from before chewing the guava leaves. I was still contemplating which one of the two drinks I should first reach out for to drink again when I felt the substances moving back downwards to ny lower belly i.e the kidney area. There was a sort of queue of substsnces around my kidney(s). I also felt some substances moving towards my back.
Not long after I started having the urge to urinate. Every urination within the next two to three hours came with some sort of burning sensation – let me say the urine was warm as saying hot may be exaggeration. With every urination also came relief to my body especially my back. Also the discomfort in my kidney area eased and ended.
Days later, even from the end of that day, I noticed that the usual back pain had reduced very significantly. The stiffness in the hollow part of my backbone towards the lower back had gone. That part felt free. I hardly experience back pains anymore except when I take some things like frozen chicken which are preserved with formaldehyde or some other toxics through any of the various means. I do regularly take my garden-grown herbs as tea or soft drink.
One of the things I also noticed some days after was that long distance walking became so much more easier for me. Even after I had done hard work like fetching five to eight 10-litre buckets of water directly from the well, I could still trek considerable distance. Lifting heavy items within my capacity has also become easier. I am now stronger than in my 20s, 30s and 40s.
Didn’t they say regular back pains came with age? How come my back became freer and my body more flexible after I started taking pure food substances that break down/remove hard toxics – non-food substances from my body? Also, regular exercises are not as painful for me as they used to be except I have inadvertently taken something with toxics which I then ensure to get out of my body.
COMPLICITY, CONFUSION OR CONTROL?
Somebody will now take such guava leaves, process and preserve them through some synthetic process(es), package as medication and tell me that the medication is safer than the leaves freshly- plucked from my guava tree, not so? If I argue, they will tell me it is because based on scientific tests, with highly-sophisticated equipment that they know the right dosage- quantity of the medication made from guava leaves that should be should be taken. According to them, if you just pluck and chew, you may have over-dosed or under-dosed, so it is not appropriate medication.
I am not against medications - they can be effective in aiding the body heal if they contain real nutrients – food substances. What i am against is the use of substances in medications or food (plants and animals) or drinks including water or body care products etc that
are toxic to the human body especially the human blood!
Truth be told, the dire need for prescription or dosage ( appropriate quantity, amount or dose) stem NOT from the real nutrients (food substances) but FROM the non-food substances (synthetics!). You cannot overdose on truly pure food - the body will take what it needs and beautifully expel what it doesn’t need with your liver and kidney(s) thanking you for giving them assignment appropriate to their core competence.
CONFORMITY
So go ahead and take medications if you don’t have reasons to not to. Just know that based on the current world system in which some humans for reasons best known to them choose to use non-food substances that can predispose consumers and users to diseases in needed items by fellow humans, you need to get out the toxics from your body system. That includes the bodies of children that you are responsible for that the world system has not spared from getting these non-food substances into.
The children don’t just possibly get these toxics from the parents’ blood through heredity. They also directly get them after they are born, from the world system of people who choose to go against God’s wisdom for humans.

Genesis 2.17 –(God said) “but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die."
EXPELLING HARD NON-FOOD SUBSTANCES
When you want to cleanse your system, use God-given foods – edible plant materials that have life i.e. they grow naturally without use of synthetic chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides or chemically-treated water. If preserved, ensure no synthetic chemical preservative has been used.
Note that the first time you take a safe herb -leaves, seeds or any plant part, the danger does not stem from the food substance or herb. The danger stems from the non-food substances that have built-up in your system.
As the herb breaks down the toxics for expulsion through the kidneys mainly and other body exit pathways, they will first flow through the blood to different parts of your body. You will very likely experience discomfort as the toxics move around in your body before expulsion. I take herbal drinks made from purely-grown leaves to soak up the dangerous compounds and reduce their dastardly effects. Taking truly clean water can also dilute their effect though not completely stop the pain or discomfort.
So it is advisable to do such effective natural detox using truly naturally grown edible plant part(s) with the supervision of a knowledgeable health care provider. Ensure you get someone who cares more about your health and that of your loved ones more than the money they would make if you are constantly suffering from diseases.

PART TWO: PREMATURE DEATHS FROM DISEASES ARE PREVENTABLE
To ensure the life a person has which resides in the blood is not cut short by disease(s), try to keep the blood free of impurities, so it flows unhindered.
Part One of this series already explains that diseases are caused by non-food substances i.e. impurities that get into the blood. These impurities i.e. non-food substances are toxic to the body. Why? Because a food substance should decompose naturally, releasing good nutrients that the blood carries to the cells of the body for growth, regeneration, energy and proper functioning of the body organs. The blood through the blood vessels then also carries the metabolic wastes produced by the cells to the expulsion exits mainly kidney(s), lungs, sweat glands.
Substances not absorbed by the blood are expelled mainly through the colorectal pathway via the anus. So, when any food or non-food substance gets into the body, those not absorbed by the blood go out through the anus, the body is relieved.
But the issue is that the blood can absorb lots of food substances as well as non-food substances through food, drinks including water, medications, air breathed, body care products with substances that can penetrate the skin.
Please note that pure air is sort of a food substance. Food substances break down naturally and release their nutrients which are very useful to the body. The blood takes them to the cells as explained above.
Non-food substances would either not break down naturally or would release toxics which are impurities in the blood or make the lining of the blood vessels to have plaque build-up. This would then hinder blood circulation.
The attempt of organs like the liver and kidneys to break down non-food substances and expel them would stress these organs and could even damage them. This is more likely if those non-food substances constantly get into a person’s body.
Can you now understand why some medications such as those for High Blood Pressure (HBP) or Diabetes list kidney damage as possible side effect? Though the medication would have nutrients (food substances) that bring relief, the manufacturing process(es) including preservation must have led to inclusion of non-food substances. Those non-food substances can build up in the blood or on the lining of the blood vessels as a result of constantly taking medications that have them over a long period of time. Whether or not the non-food substances have fully damaged vital body organs that should process and expel them, their presence inside that body would continue to adulterate the blood.
The heart would then have to work harder, exert more pressure to pump blood because the blood has impurities – substances it was not designed to carry. There is also friction as the blood moves through the blood vessels due to build-up of substances that refuse to break down
Also, when flowing through some body cells, tissues or organs, some non-food substances - impurities may be deposited there as the body’s way of relieving the blood, delaying or preventing heart attack or heart failure from happening. But the constant deposits of those non-food substances then lead to tumours which may become cancerous. It may also cause some other diseases like Alzheimer’s or Dementia when some of those non-food substances are deposited in the head. Their deposit or constant passage through the head as the blood flows causes headaches or migraines and cause arthritic pains as blood flows through joints. They can also cause stroke – which is obstruction to blood flow to the brain. This may be due to blockage to blood flow from their accumulation at critical point(s) in the body or they have caused the bursting of blood vessels so blood doesn’t flow to certain parts of the body when it should or not at all. Bursting of blood vessels can also be due to injury but the focus here is on diseases that gradually and somewhat silently affect the blood causing the person’s spirit – life to depart i.e. death.
But hold on, before you conclude that medications having non-food substances are the only problems, thinking you can easily avoid them all, can you also avoid food and drinks? In fact this is the major means by which non-food substances enter human bodies, even through pots and containers used in serving or packing foods and drinks. It is not only most processed foods and drinks that have these toxic substances as a result of their production processes. But even lots of fresh foods as well.
In Africa, in recent past, when majority of the fresh food supply came from smallholder farmers, people generally who ate mostly fresh whole foods had their natural immunity intact. That era is passing, more and more food producers are becoming highly-commercialised. Agribusiness especially at the primary level of production i.e. farming can be very dicey and normally producers globally are out to make profit. To make good profit or at least keep business afloat, using chemical or synthetic growth boosters has become too common.
If commercially-produced, foods that are supposed to be healthy such as onions, peppers, tomatoes, gingers most likely have non-food substances in them. Even in food processing, lots of products are preserved with non- food substances or organic preseevative that has been produced in a way that it would then have considerable amount of non-food substances. For instance there have been reports that some bread even after one or two weeks do not decay –decompose. Just about 10 years ago and more, bread decayed or became moldy in two or three days. It was often an issue between the bread bakers or suppliers and retailers. If the retailer had some loaves left, it would eat into their profit or even cause losses. So they would want to push the loss on the baker or supplier who also wouldn’t want to bear the loss and consumers wouldn’t want to buy stale bread.
Now that there are loaves of bread that still have nice scent, look and feel (most likely artificial) after a week or two, this most likely would get all the bread sold.I have not yet fully explored to find out what precisely is/are now used in the production of bread that has sugar and butter to make them last so long. One thing though is that a food substance should decompose naturally.
When people eat foods like fruits and vegetables that decompose faster, they are considered more healthy. More so, if they are organic grown so that they release only food substances that the body cells can process. Foods like heavy carbs e.g rice and even proteins like beef which has fats take longer to digest. So even if produced without toxic substances, though nutritious, they are not as healthy as organic-grown fruits and vegetables which release their nutrients to the body more easily, thereby aiding blood flow.
So, even without knowing precisely what has been used in such everlasting processed bread, the fact that it would take so long to decompose is questionable health-wise. Yet bread was so very common in the past even in bible times, so it ought to be healthy food if produced right.
IMPLICATION
substances which stay too long in the body before decomposing or do not fully decompose for easy expulsion from the body can be harmful to human life. Why? They hinder body processes – after absorption by the blood, they affect blood circulation – can cause or worsen diseases and lead to the human spirit departing - death. It does not matter the age -baby, toddler, little children, teenagers, youths, matured adults in their prime or middle age, senior citizens or those in old age, the blood needs to flow well to stay healthy - constant hindrance to blood flow due to impurities from non-food substances can cause death.
If you can shield your blood, you can keep disease(s) at bay so it wont cut life shorter than it was meant to be.
Preventing those non-food substances from getting into our bodies and particularly our bloodstream is the best option. Pending the time that would be possible on this earth, how can we safely remove them?
