PART TWO: BODY DETOXIFICATION VERSUS BLOOD PURIFYING, WHICH IS MORE EFFECTIVE?

...for good health and longevity...

Blood purification is essential to stem the tides of diseases taking  human lives prematurely, keeping some perpetually in ill-health and/or transmitting disease factors to offspring.

We cannot continue to feign ignorance of being in a world system that deliberately but sometimes inadvertently adopt practices that put in pollutants into people’s blood through some food including drinks, some medications, body care products, other products and air pollution with harsh substances. Being unaware or glossing over this reality has caused many people to succumb to perpetual ill-health/death or allow their loved ones to die needlessly before they are satiated with life or  get to ripe old age. Physical death will someday happen of course  but let’s not fall for the deception that premature death or prolonged ill-health is normal. 

God created humans as intelligent beings, so we should care to know why substances that can weaken, cause diseases and terminate lives are being made to get into our bloodstreams. Worse still, the consequences of such blood pollution does not end  in the lifetime of a person. It may manifest in any of the offspring mildly or very seriously. Even without manifesting at all, it can still  be genetically-transmitted from generation to generation in a person’s lineage. If activated due to some factor(s), it can manifest in descendant(s)  far down the lineage causing serious ill-health or death which may be unexplainable by then. 

So if we cannot get the systematic/systemic blood pollution to stop, we shouldn’t take blood purifying lightly.  

Note that blood purification can be done simply or through  sophisticated medical procedures. According to Science Direct, “blood purification is an advanced medical procedure that cleanses the blood outside the body using specialised equipment to remove harmful toxins, waste products or disease-causing agents.”

The explanation  by Science Direct is this ,“Blood is gently-drawn from your body and routed through a specialised medical device. The machine uses filtration, dialysis or absorption to extract targeted waste or toxins. The purified blood is safely returned to your circulatory system. It is used when there is kidney failure, multiple organ failure to clear dangerous substances from the body, to eliminate poison or drug  overdose or other toxic substances, immune and metabolic disorders to remove harmful antibodies or excess lipids from circulation .” That would probably cost huge sums of money, if at all available in your vicinity.

But simple blood purification can be done simply by shedding few tiny drops of blood from time to time or regularly if you know pollutants are entering your blood. Note that it is not actually an ideal situation but pollutants being made to enter people’s bloodstream so often,  sometimes through no fault of theirs is also not an ideal situation. So  this means of blood purifying is a stop-gap measure. 

 Haven’t you heard of  people such as Gospel ministers who are undoubtedly strong in faith and have prayed or laid hands on sick people that recover? Do you know that some of those Gospel ministers have suffered, may still be suffering or have died due to  stubborn diseases like cancers, kidney failure or after a stroke or heart attack  or had a cardiac arrest? They love God no doubt but perhaps didn’t take notice of subtle means people’s blood are being polluted by the world system that they do know is subtly controlled by the devil even without  many health practitioners knowing. 

Sincerely, many of us do not fully understand what is going on in the medical field. Are they complicit, complacent, coerced, controlled or confused? The medical field is not solely responsible for pollutants getting into people’s bloodstreams though, issues of hard ir toxic  substance use especially in food are agriculture-related. Also pollutants through air pollution, body care products and some other products and industrial practices are beyond the agricultural and medical fields. So it is a deeply systemic problem. 

Therefore, a simple way to bypass non--biodegradable substances or hard inorganic substances from trying to pass through your kidneys and causing damage is to have an opening like an injection-point in a convenient part of your body.  You should work with qualified  healthcare giver(s) on this. If they have another simple way of blood purification, they can tell you.

Before pressing the opening point to get the toxics out, ingest edible seeds of some fruits of pure organic-grown plants like Avocado (grated,  powdered or as tea), almond, snake tomato  (Trichosanthes cucumerina) or leaves of fruit trees with very hard seeds. Those non-biodegradable  or hard inorganic substances inside the body would seek escape out. Since those that have been absorbed into the bloodstream  will encounter difficulty passing through the kidney(s) and skin, if you have an opening  i.e. an injection point or even a small deep wound on your body, some if not all will use that opening to escape. Sometimes it might be just few tiny drops of blood, sometimes more of puss-like secretion.  Ensure to  eat iron-rich foods to replenish blood and be well-hydrated. Clean the opening with fresh naturally-grown edible leaves. 

Isn’t God so very good to have designed the human body in such a way that  it can naturally  regenerate blood Just ensure the blood seeping out per time is not excessive. Stay in touch with your health care giver(a) on this. Note that if you take manufactured blood tonic at such a period, there may be more blood outflow and the  healing of the opening point may not be so fast-tracked. If your body is in good health, the opening will keep closing by itself and  would need to be opened up by scraping the tiny surface so very little blood or puss can be secreted through it.

As said earlier, if your health care giver(s) do not agree with this simple procedure , let them tell you a simpler means of effectively removing non-biodegradable substances from your bloodstream.. There are other simple means of course but not as effective as creating a tiny opening on the body to get them out directly from  the bloodstream -  one of such is through fingernails and toenails. These would be x-rayed another time. Everyone's goal should be to preserve life in good health. That wont stop demand for healthcare services when people know their healthcare givers sincerely want them  well.  But you should find out if the continued presence of those non-biodegradable substances in people’s bodies have not been reasons for lots of relapses or sudden deaths even after sophisticated medical treatments. We also need to find out if those controlling medical health systems are really more interested in people getting well or in.making profits.

PART ONE: WHY SOME HUMAN BEINGS ACT LIKE ANIMALS

...which they are not..

Science & God's Word Series

Human beings are certainly NOT  animals, so why do some people sometimes exhibit animalistic tendencies?

It is about choices, their decision to do what is animalistic by choosing to yield to the devil's control. Satan- the devil can control animals and make them do dastardly things. This is because animals  are not created as spirits in God's class  as humans are.

Even some animals  that are well-trained and treated kindly by their human care-givers from when they were little behave so sweetly. But there have been true life stories of animals that have been so very sweet all their lives such as dogs or domesticated wild animal that upon tasting fresh blood,  became cannibalistic. What happened? In the bible, God,  though allowing the consumption of meat was very specific in His instructions to humans not to eat the blood of animals particularly when still fresh. Why?

When I was interviewing for a science-based documentary on alternatives to livestock feed, a catfish farmer said  she fed those catfish still in the pond  from the intestines of slaughtered catfish. But she added that she would boil the catfish intestines before feeding to those living catfish. Why? She said she didn’t want them tasting blood so they wouldn't become cannibalistic and start eating each other in the pond.

You may want to ask, “Are you saying people who act like animals are those who have tasted or constantly tasting blood?"
You will need to follow this expose very carefully to answer that. But first note: that tasting blood is not only when someone ingests the blood of another creature whether animal or human. After the disobedience which led to the fall of humanity detailed in Genesis Chapter three, Adam and Eve realising they were naked, made clothes from plants. After pronouncing to them the consequences of their disobedience, it is stated that God made them coats from animal skins Genesis 3: 21
"And the LORD God made clothing from animal skins for Adam and his wife." (NLT).

For that to happen, an animal must have been slaughtered. I checked the verse well and realised it didn't actually say God slaughtered the animal. So it was possible that another animal may have slaughtered the animal. Another possibility could be that the human(s) slaughtered the animal in self-defence because after the fall of humans (loss of God's glory by which the humans exercised dominion over all creatures), Satan started controlling the souls of animals. So some, if not all the animals, could have wanted the blood of other creatures - humans and/or animals. Such attempt to drain others is in line with the description of the devil called the thief in John 10:10a which is to steal, kill and destroy. So when some humans exhibit animalistic behaviour, what they are doing falls into any one, any two or all three of these: stealing, killing and destroying.

But why did God use the animal skins to clothe Adam and Eve after they sinned?  Why didn't He allow them to continue wearing the clothes they made for themselves from leaves? Apart from wanting their bodies to be warmed, what could be the main reason?

The disobedience of the first humans was actually the pollution of the human blood - an affront to their human spirit that made them lose their spiritual glory - covering. This also affected or altered  their spiritual connection to God. They had got to know about good and evil. So  humans were no longer going to live forever in their physical human bodies  Gen 3:22 -24. Recall that at creation God had given humans authority over everything on earth including animals Genesis 1: 28 but  their blood was still completely pure then and their spiritual glory was still so strong that it was a covering for their physical bodies. So the animals couldn't  attack the humans. But with their spiritual covering gone
1. Since humans would no longer be living forever, God had to also halt animals from living forever
2. Endorsing the use of animal skins for humans was God's  indication that humans would from then have to use physical means to dominate animals. If the humans didn't subdue the animals  through physicsl means, the animals could have attacked and killed them.
3. Haven't you ever wondered why Adam and Eve were not attacked by the animals before the fall?
4. Also, what were the animals eating before rhe fall? Genesis 1:30. So it was after the fall that humans were allowed to kill animals for use and animals started killing other animals that they could to satisfy their desires or even just to exercise their power or dominion over other animal(s).

These were all because humans fumbled the original plan of God by heeding the devil who came through the serpent . If animals do not die and humans do, animals which can be controlled by Satan - the devil  would eventually overrun the earth. Why can the devil  control animals? - because they don't have a spirit. An animal has a physical body and soul. If you doubt that, havent you seen animals express emotions or act willfully or intelligently?

It is the fact that animals have a soul consisting of mind, will and emotions that has  made it possible for  humans to train some animals and use for security, entertainment or even in investigations. So even without spiritual authority, humans are expected to control animals so they wouldn't destroy humans.  But the devil also can control animals. It is due to the fact that the devil can also control animals that lots of animals do very mean, wild, uncontrollable things. You might want to argue that those animals do such mean or wild things like attacking or killing each other, or even humans  for food or to exercise power  or protect themselves. The reality though is that at the beginning of creation in this dispensation on earth, those animals were not killing each other and were all eating vegetation. They were not even making  hostile  attempts to kill the humans until the devil came along and took over the spiritual authority of humans .

The same devil that caused the disobedience that led to the fall of humanity is responsible for the mean behaviour of animals. But it is up to humans through physical means to put animals in check. Laws have had to be established to ensure people who own animals put them in check. So, most animals that have been domesticated by humans may not act fiery but they are still animals and may still need to trained or checked. So, when trained, animals  can behave  reasonably well, even obediently.

But why do some humans act like animals, behaving so very irresponsibly, even very wildly  such that they steal, kill or destroy? Note that by God creating humans in His own image Genesis 1:26, 27, it was to ensure that as Satan-the devil could not, cannot and will never be able to control or have any power over God, so also it  would have been impossible for the devil to control humans created in God's image. But the part of humans created in God's image is the spirit. God is a Spirit John 4 :24., Genesis 2:7 So humans created in God's image are actually spirits each possessing a soul (mind, will and emotions). But for that spirit to operate like God, the human spirit must always be in connection to God  If that spirit loses connection to God it becomes 'dead' i.e. cut off from God.'s control which would have entailed being led of God to know what is right to do. Being a just God, He gave humans the choice to decide if they wanted to be under His control or not Genesis 2:15 - 17

So that was what the devil targeted - to cut off   the human spirit from God, so humans would not be able to exercise their dominion spiritually over the earth and subdue the devil.  Without  humans being able to exercise spiritual dominance,  the devil could attempt to have control over their souls and bodies just like  he can do with animals especially those untrained or not well-trained.

One of the subtle tactics of the devil is in making humans believe that they are just higher animals that evolved from other animals. Can that be pointer to a reason that even humans that are  well-trained sometimes descend so very low exhibiting animalistic behaviour? Because it is ingrained in them that they are higher animals, in the same classification as other animals?

Well, there is the possibility based on scientific findings that there have been human-like beings  long before the creation of Adam and Eve. So Charles Darwin theory that those human-like beings (not us in this current dispensation starting from Adam and Eve) evolved from animals might be true. It is possible that in that dispensation, Satan tried to control those animals turned into human form. What was the result? Total destruction of everything on earth such that God had to restart life on earth Genesis 1:1-2. There are loads of scientific evidence on this existence of living creatures on the earth before Adam and Eve.

So in this dispensation, when God said let us create man (hunan beings) in our own image and likeness Genesis 1: 26, He wanted to create humans that would not be subject to Satan - the devil - the destroyer so everything on earth would not be destroyed again. Aren't there already very serious tendencies by some humans even in this dispensation to destroy everything on earth and as many human beings as possible including themselves? It is because Satan - the devil knew and still knows that when the spiritual connection of humans to God are cut off or disconnected, he could possibly  control them.

So how does being born again restore that connection to God and prevent Satan's control? 2 Corinthians 5:17

Why do some who proclaim to be Christians  still do things that are representative of the devil  sometimes or oftentimes?

What role does  blood of humans play in the devil's ability to control humans?

What can be done to check the destructive animalistic tendencies in some people especially when harmful to other humans?

PART ONE: BODY DETOXIFICATION VERSUS BLOOD PURIFYING, WHICH IS MORE EFFECTIVE?

...for good health and longevity...

Not long ago, a medical doctor  popular on social media said taking anything for body detoxification was unnecessary as that was the liver's job, is he right?

That could have been the total truth if human beings had not started going against what God, the Creator established. If what had been going inside our human bodies had been purely food substances including drinks and water, the body organs would have been doing their work very well. After absorption into the blood, the liver would separate what is useful to the body from that which is not needed and send them out mainly through the kidneys and some through the sweat glands. That is  natural detoxification which is the removal of toxic substances from the living body mainly carried out by the liver and kidneys. 

You may ask, “Can pure food have toxic substances?” You see, substances  that are not needed  or no longer needed by the body become waste and therefore toxic. Even substances like oxalates or phyto-chemicals (natural plant chemicals or substances) need to be broken down and expelled from the body. If not, they can become toxic. A functional liver and working kidneys normally handle such detoxification and removal naturally. But humans using ‘reverse-intelligence’ (i.e. wisdom that is not of God)  started using substances that cannot be naturally broken down in the body by the liver or easily expelled by the kidneys in the production, processing, preparation or preservation of some food and drinks, in water, in medications and in body care products. Even the air is constantly polluted with such harsh substances. 

Deliberate additional support has therefore become necessary to assist those body organs responsible for detoxification and waste expulsion from the bloodstream. That is apart from what do not get absorbed by the blood that would pass out through the colorectal pathway as faeces. 

According to Healthline, you can support your body naturally in detoxifying by drinking water, eating fibre-rich whole foods, getting good sleep and limiting alcohol. Some people use fasting to detoxify the body alongside spiritual purpose, sometimes specifically just for body detoxification. Fasting whether done fully or partially from time to time, can be helpful in maintaining body health as long as it is not excessive.  But note that fasting does not actually detoxify the body but it allows some body organs like liver, kidneys and other relevant organs and tissues to have some rest. It can also help to reduce the toxic load in the body.

Commercially such items as teas, juices, plant extracts,  supplements, pills etc for detoxification are constantly marketed. These can help, just ensure they do not also contain hard substances that cannot naturally break down in the body and get expelled through the normal exit pathways of the body. If they contain such, they will increase the toxic load in the body, cause massive production of free radicals leading to oxidative stress (pains, diseases, accelerated aging).  Even if afterwards you start taking pure fresh herbs, seeds, spices  or manufactured products without toxics for detoxification, these can reduce the oxidative stress, remove the biodegradable toxics but likely not remove considerable amount of the non-biodegradable substances through the body’s legit exit pathways. 

If the toxic substances inside the body are such that  cannot be expelled through the kidneys because they are non-biodegradable, they may damage the kidneys. In fact, constant detoxification with potent detoxifiers  will likely lead to kidney failure. Hence, reason people sometimes point accusing fingers on herbs when there is kidney damage. But is the hard inorganic substances that actually do the damage when trying to make exit, not the herbs or seeds.  The herbs or seeds are simply doing what they should do – order the toxics out.

If on the other hand, the body is not constantly detoxed, the hard substances may remain in the bloodstream  causing High Blood Pressure or settle in some other body organs or damage body cells. If these non-biodegradable  substances keep accumulating in those parts of the body, as more and  more enter the body, they can cause stubborn diseases like  cancers, strokes etc.

Does that mean detoxification is bad or useless? No, it has its benefits -  it will help to hasten the removal of the biodegradable substances in the body and can reduce the body's toxic load, reduce oxidative stress and bring some relief. But if that person’s body also contains some significant levels of non-biodegradable substances, these can  pose challenges to the kidneys indirectly. 

Some truly pure and potent detox would be able to deactivate/degrade most non-biodegradable substances in the body. If such natural detoxifier contains Glutathione (master antioxidant) they would also be able to strengthen the  kidneys and repair some damage being done  to them and other tissues and cells as non-biodegradable substances attempt to make exit.  But the kidneys, though not damaged or constantly repaired from being so nourished would be in overwork mode trying to expel both the biodegradable and non-biodegradable substances. At such times, even if not diabetic, the person would experience diabetic symptom(s) such as constant urination. This is the body’s urinary system that has been well-nourished overworking to expel  wastes or toxics from the body. This is of course not a good situation for the body. But it should let the person and healthcare givers know that there are serious hard inorganic substances in the bloodstream seeking for exit through the kidneys. You may then identify possible means by which those substances got into the bloodstream and put a stop or limit to that. 

This has shown that while active detoxification of the body is good, it has limitations as a result of this dare-devil world system that has devised  means  of getting toxics, even non-biodegradable substances into people’s bodies. So what can people do  while awaiting the world system to stop, if ever, this dangerous practices of polluting people's blood?

PART FIVE: HOW SUBSTANCES IN HUMAN BLOOD AFFECT SPIRITUAL/MENTAL HEALTH...Science & God's Word Series...

In continuation of the answers to Questions raised in Part 3 of this topic: 

4.Why is there still the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life that led to the fall of humanity?

Answer: Human beings even Christians often or sometimes overfeed the flesh ( i.e. our body, mind, emotions, even  self-will) to the detriment of our human spirit.  The  over-feeding is not just  the quantity of food or what is ingested or what enters the body but it is heavily or constantly putting or allowing wrong  things  which can pollute the blood into the body. It also entails what people yield  their physical senses to, which feeds the mind, how/what we allow ourselves to feel constantly and decisions we make willfully or deliberately – things we do or say not caring what the Spirit of God is telling us.

 

When we live by the truth – the undiluted word of God with the prompting of the Holy Spirit, for someone whose spirit has been regenerated i.e.  truly born again, it strengthens the human spirit which is in connection with God. This will help to live life in accordance with God’s will and with the strength of God in spite of this life’s  challenges. There could be times of weakness but the true believer is dedicated to living for God, trusting in His grace to overcome and handle past mistakes well so as to live for God. Philippians 4:13

But some persons whether born again or not constantly and deliberately pollutes the blood  or allow their blood to be polluted with  toxic substances in 

🤙Food

🤙Medication

🤙Air

🤙Body care products

🤙Sex (as one or both partners may have toxics in their blood, moreso, if they are constantly engaging in sexual intercourse with other persons).

🤙Other means of entry into the blood, 

Any one or more of this means of blood pollution weakens the human spirit. Why? The unseen human spirit i.e. human life is in the blood Leviticus 17:14 Pollution of the human blood is an assault on the human spirit whether born again or not. 

 FEEDING THE SOUL the  soul i.e. mind, emotions and will through the senses  such as what is constantly watched, heard, breathed, tasted or touched especially sensual touches can lead to thoughts, feelings and decisions which may be in line or out of line with God’s will and may thereby strengthen or weaken the human spirit. 

That was what happened with the first sin of the first humans in this current dispensation of humanity on earth that we are.

Eve had been listening to the devil- she had been hearing that what God, her Creator said was wrong was just an attempt by God to prevent humans from becoming like God. But humans were already like God Genesis 1:26,27

She must have known in her spirit that giving such attention to the devil’s words was what was actually  wrong but what he was saying was likely appealing to her senses. Eve saw that the forbidden fruit  was desirable to eat (lust of the flesh)  looked good(lust of the eyes) and  that it can make one wise or superior (pride of life)

Genesis 3:1 -7,

Gen.3.6 - And when the woman saw that the tree was good (suitable, pleasant) for food and that it was delightful to look at, and a tree to be desired in order to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate; and she gave some also to her husband, and he ate.

Even till current times, those are still the main problems of humanity caused by  over-dependence on physical senses in making very vital life decisions even when it is clearly contradictory to what God wants . You may ask, “Are you saying use of the physical senses to make decisions is bad?”  No! It is God Himself that gave us our physical senses to do things in the natural realm but whenever He has clearly stated that something shouldn’t be done and  humans allow their physical senses to supersede, there would be dire consequences even if not immediately. If you can thoroughly investigate, you will find out even what seems to be a highly spiritual  whether sin or obedience often has physical implications for bad or good So God's main concern is to  protect humans with His instructions or commandment not to deny us of enjoyment. But if people still choose to do what they want contrary to God’s will, He may allow them. But know that if there is a cause, there will  be effect(s)

5.What is the essence of the blood of Jesus in relation to the pollution of human blood?

Answer: The wrong things humans do would have led to all humans and probably everything on earth being completely wiped out (again). Again? Yes, again- we, the current dispensation of humans on this earth starting with Adam and Eve and other living creatures are not the first to inhabit this planet earth. Everything on this earth had been completely destroyed before Genesis  1:1-3

There are lots of scientific evidence of pre-existence of living creatures on earth before Adam and Eve. This has led to disagreement between scientists and bible scholars. The bible is for this current dispensation of humanity  on earth created in God’s image and other living creatures on earth were created in this dispensation before humans because all living creatures had been destroyed in prdvious dispensation spearheaded by the devil who also direly wants to destroy this current earth and all living creatures John 10:10a

So the essence of the blood of Jesus (God in human) is for the everlasting perpetuity of humanity John 10:10b. If God had not come as human, humanity as a result of the pollution of the blood would be someday forever wiped out, courtesy of the devil. But God who can never ever be wiped out came in human body, shed His  blood, died and resurrected – this means that though humans may die physically but like God and other spirits would still be able to live forever in a spiritual body.  

But the choice people make on earth would determine whether they will live with God or with the devil forever 

Rom.10.9 - Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in your heart believe (adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth) that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

Rom.10.10 - For with the heart a person believes (adheres to, trusts in, and relies on Christ) and so is justified (declared righteous, acceptable to God), and with the mouth he confesses (declares openly and speaks out freely his faith) and confirms [his] salvation.

1John.1.9 - If we [freely] admit that we have sinned and confess our sins, He is faithful and just (true to His own nature and promises) and will forgive our sins [dismiss our lawlessness] and [continuously] cleanse us from all unrighteousness [everything not in conformity to His will in purpose, thought, and action].

6.How does the blood of Jesus actually deliver true believers from the generational pollutions in their blood?

Due to the sin of humanity which would have led to the complete wiping out of this current dispensation of humans,  there was an old agreement, the Law which involved the shedding of the blood of animals as atonement for human sins. But the coming of Jesus Christ to earth which is actually God in human  body, the shedding of his blood, death and resurrection has established a new agreement for the perpetuity of humanity and the ability to live a victorious life through Christ.

Heb.9.22 - [In fact] under the Law almost everything is purified by means of blood, and without the shedding of blood there is neither release from sin and its guilt nor the remission of the due and merited punishment for sins.

Heb.9.15 - [Christ, the Messiah] is therefore the Negotiator and Mediator of an [entirely] new agreement (testament, covenant), so that those who are called and offered it may receive the fulfillment of the promised everlasting inheritance - since a death has taken place which RESCUES and DELIVERS and REDEEMS them from the transgressions committed under the [old] first agreement.

Rom.5.8 - But God shows and clearly proves His [own] love for us by the fact that while we were still sinners, Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One) died for us.

These are deep spiritual truths. Read Hebrews 9: 11 to 9:26 for more clarification.

The essence of this whole Five Part Series on Blood Pollutants  is to point out that spiritually  including the soul and physically, we humans  have the authority  to exercise dominion over the things that pollute our human blood  and live free of the devil’s destructive  control if we really desire the mental well-being that God intends for us.

PART TWO: UNDERSTANDING YOUR BODY'S REPORT SHEETS

...some body health issues may be pointers to permanent solutions...

No matter the issue with your body such as headaches, lumps, or body aches, as long as it is not caused by a serious accident or being hit, know that there are invaders inside.

These body invaders or intruders are substances that are not useful or no longer needed by your body that are still inside. If they are not useful but very toxic, the effects  may be felt immediately or not too long after they got inside the petson's body. This may result in very serious pains, discomfort or even death if not mitigated on time. If they are not actually toxic but useless to the body or no longer needed, the effect(s) may be mild or take time to manifest. Usually such seemingly harmless substances with initial mild or unnoticeable effects on the body would only cause serious harm if those substances or  similar ones build up over time – these are the culprits usually responsible for stubborn cancers, kidney failure described as End Stage Renal Disease, stroke, body paralyses, etc.

If for instance a person has constant headaches that come and go with or without medications, they should of course find out what is causing the problem(s). After they stop what is causing the health problem(s), the headaches may take a while to stop or even stop immediately or not long after. Problem(s) solved? Answer Yes or No.

If your answer is Yes, your score is average. Why? Because it is like sweeping the dust in a room under the carpet. Has the room been cleaned? To some low extent yes because you or others no longer see the dust. But you do understand the implications of sweeping dust or any dirt under the carpet in a room.

If you answer no, your score will be higher but you can only have excellent score  when you subsequently take necessary action(s). This is because some, if not all the substances causing the headaches are still very likely inside the person’s body. These days, most toxicants are non-biodegradable. So, stopping what is causing the problem such as what is being ingested, inhaled or used on the body may bring relief. But the substances may have settled in the body for future attack. More so, if they get or keep getting reinforcement through one or more means of substances' entry into that human body.

Such a person may still look healthy, even energetic for a long period of time. But a very minor mishap, body exertion  or even just the ingestion  or use of something with unnoticeable quantity of some hard inorganic substances may spike the silently accummulated toxics already in the person's body, resulting in very severe or adverse effects such as a stroke.

You may then ask, "Shouldn’t  treatment after stoppage of  whatever initially contains the toxic substances help remove the substances from the person’s body?" It should but do most of those treatments actually considerably remove the substances from the person’s body or just stop the pains or discomforts? If they do, why then are there relapses not long after treatment? Why do so many people still have cancers and kidney diseases that progress to what medical experts call end stage?  Don’t diseases  come from inside the body from toxics that have accumulated from what have been taken in?

You may say some of those stubborn diseases are due to genetics – inherited from the person’s parent(s) through the blood. So,
1. how did those substances get into the parent(s)' blood?
2. How did the toxics accumulate in the person's body in addition to what has been inherited from the parent(s) such that the disease is worsening?

So you get the drift, if substances that cause diseases do not get removed, they either cause immediate serious harm or death if they are actually very toxic or accumulate unnoticed over time causing  stubborn diseases. The toxics may get into people's bodies through food , drinks including water, medications all due to the production  preparation or manufacturing processes or preservation. They may also get in through air pollution, some other exposures or body care products. Most of these are inadvertently but can also be intentional. When they are informed or become aware from finding out the adverse effects and still continue, the substance use becomes deliberate.

The deliberate attempts by some persons at getting toxics into people's bodies  must be criminalised in.every country. People must keep demanding this from their leaders and rthe regulatory and law-enforcement  authorities must ensure breaches don't go unpunished. In fact, some people seem very deliberate in attempting to make targeted persons or people generally sick. Even if they are inadvertently doing such, when they know, they should stop or be made to stop. If not, use of toxic substances to weaken or harm people can become another form of terrorism. 

So when you go for treatment to solve any negative report sheet from your body such as headaches, backaches etc, do try to ascertain if the toxics that entered your body causing the discomforts have actually been removed. You may ask, “But if toxics fully or considerably get removed from people’s bodies, they may not need to come back for treatments, wont that lower demand for medical services and products?”.There are currently far too many seriously diseased people on earth, so if the number is reduced, the healthcare givers in virtually all countries will still have their hands full, won’t they? In my country, medical professionals have been saying they are overworked and overwhelmed,  so they have been unable to attend adequately to all who desperately need treatment or keep coming back due to relapses or unresolved health problems. So let the root causes of most stubborn diseases be addressed by interpreting well your body’s report sheets and removing the toxics causing them before they accumulate into stubborn diseases. Cancers, Kidney failures, Strokes  and others are best avoided than reversals especially when most of those qualified to treat them do not believe in their reversals. 

Let's stop glossing over the actual causes of health  problems and pointedly resolve the issues .

PART ONE: UNDERSTANDING YOUR BODY'S REPORT SHEETS

...some body health issues may be pointers to permanent solutions

Have you ever witnessed or heard of someone who seemingly looked healthy but died while sleeping, shortly after slumping or falling sick?

If not deliberately poisoned or fatally harmed by other person(s), what could have happened? In my clime, lots of people including those well-educated still believe such deaths are due to spiritual attacks. This is often described as the handiwork of the person's ‘village people’ using witchcraft or sorcery to take the person's life. Really?  Well, though there is indeed a dark spiritual world consisting of wicked spirits who desperately want to kill people, they actually do not have the power to take any life. What they actually do is to make attempts at killing people by taking advantage or manipulating the physical health or situations which may or may not be known to the person and others. How the spiritual world exploits physical health issues of people will be detailed at some point in another series tagged ‘Science & God’s Word.’  

Here, let’s focus more on physical health issues which we should know about and take responsibility for i.e. our body’s report sheets. Those who have been following these different health topics on Farm Cafe should understand by now that diseases and premature deaths as a result are mostly caused by substances building up inside people’s bodies. These substances usually enter human bodies through legitimate means: food, drinks including water, medications, body care products, air inhaled. Those substances may have been used in the various means mentioned above inadvertently or as deliberate acts of wickedness by fellow human beings. Even if the substances are not actually toxic, after absorption by the blood, if they cannot be used up by the body, the wastes should be able to leave through the legitimate exit pathways of the body without causing damage. If not, the substances become toxic because they have no business being inside the bloodstream, entering the body cells or accumulating in any part of the body. 

If those substances accumulate over time, by the time their damaging effects results in diseases like High Blood Pressure or Heart attack, Cancer, Kidney failure, Diabetes, Eye diseases and so on, though reversal is possible, it can be dicey. Many medical experts still do not even believe in reversals of certain diseases like Stage 4 cancer or  End Stage Renal Diseases (kidney failure). So the discussions going on over the critically-sick person's health may be to end the life full of pains, to save loved ones the expenses and stress or to keep giving palliative care for as long as the person is alive till death. As long as the palliative care does not entail removing the substances, though the person might feel better but would have to  keep managing the disease(s) perpetually.

I was discussing with the daughter of an elderly lady about her mum’s health who had been managing Diabetes for very many years. Also, for some years, the elderly lady has had a wound on her body that has refused to heal despite  continuous medical interventions  over the years. It dawned on me what was happening! Diabetes is not just caused or worsened by refined sugar intake if hereditary, it can also be caused or worsened by any of such substances as described above. It was firstly by divine revelation that I got the knowledge that substances in the blood that cannot pass out through the kidneys as urine, as bile product or through sweat would stay in the body causing damage (i.e. pains, one or more diseases or premature death) except another opening is created on the person’s body. The elderly lady probably got the wound through a minor accident  but unknown to her, some of the substances in her body were coming out through the wound on her limb. That is the reason that in spite of all the several  medications she has been taking over the years, she had escaped kidney failure. But not knowing that, she was always covering the wound after applying medications like antiseptic which contain  substance(s), that shouldn’t enter or stay in the bloodstream, due to the manufacturing process. So while the wound had been providing a means for some toxic substances in her body to leave her bloodstream, she had inadvertently been also introducing toxic substances into her bloodstream by applying medications with hard inorganic substances.

That wound could have and can still be used to flow out most of the toxic substances prolonging the diabetes. She would of course need to take pure herbs and/or pure seeds to deactivate the toxic substances so they can flow out more easily through the wound.  She would then need to eat and drink lots of naturally-grown vegetables and plant juices that will help replenish her blood.

You may want to ask, “Are you saying she should leave a wound on her body open so blood containing toxic substances in her body can flow out? Yes, because when significant levels of the hard toxic substances that cannot pass through her kidneys leave her bloodstream mainly through the wound, do you know what? The wound will start healing even without any treatment! Really? Yes, because a clean blood/bloodstream will function properly, according to God Almighty, the Creator of the human body.

The point in highlighting that health situation is this:

Some health issues of your body which I termed report sheets are telling you certain vital  things about your health situation. Interpreting your body report sheets wisely will help  you in recovering good health. It  can and should also guide medical experts who truly want people to live in good health to achieve truly phenomenally positive health results for their patients.

A wound on your body refusing to heal or taking so long is your body telling you things are not okay inside. Your body wants those  toxic substances still trapped inside to first leave before the body willingly closes the gate created by the wound. So you shouldn’t be introducing more toxic substances in trying to heal the wound. If at all you need to apply anything to the wound, it should be what is safe for you to eat like organic-grown leafy vegetables, pure coconut oil or any natural oil, organic avocado or its seed powder etc. So, if you notice your body is slow or hesitating in healing a wound, first try to interpret the report sheet. Instead of using all sorts of means in treatment, to bully your body into closing up the wound completely, let your body expel the toxic substances causing the disturbances inside.

Having said that on the Wound Report sheet, what are other Report  Sheets by the human body you should first interpret and with your healthcare giver(s) use in redirecting your body to good health?

1. Constant headaches

2. Blurry eye vision

3. Ringing ears

4. Mucus in the nasal cavity

5. Stiff neck and stiffness in other parts of the body

6. Backaches

7. Joint pains

8. Other body aches or pains

9. Brittle nails – fingers and toes

10. Hair massively falling off

11. Swollen tummy

12. Lumps in parts of the body especially around kidney area

13. Sharp pain in the tummy

14. Itchiness of the body 

15. Constant inflammation in the body and so on

Remember, this is mainly for you to try to observe possible reasons for some ailments on your body and interpret so that when you go for medical solution, it can reduce the chances of mis-diagnoses. It is not for you to teach medical experts their work. It is to help solve the health problem so you can truly get well and not have to keep suffering pains or managing disease(s) for so many years or encounter serious health crisis that may be too late by the time you are able to have access to medical treatment. People don't have to die prematurely, more so as death has been conquered (Check on-going series on Science & God's Word).

SOUP CHALLENGE: FOODIES AND SPICE: GBURE ELEBORO, WATERLEAF SOUP

SOUP: GBURE ELEBORO (WATERLEAF SOUP) POPULARLY EATEN BY EGBA PEOPLE IN AND AROUND ABEOKUTA, OGUN STATE, NIGERIA

(MY GRANDMOTHER'S FAVOURITE)

SOUP INGREDIENTS:

1. Gbure that is Fresh Waterleaf (as much as desired)

2. Palm oil

3. Smoked shawa fish (3 or less)

4. Locust bean (as much as preferred)

5. Few fresh Chilli peppers and local Yoruba tomatoes blended or just powdered chilli pepper

6. Crayfish

7. Few bitter leaves and/or scent leaves

8. Goat liver or snails (optional)

9. Meat stock (optional)

10. Onion (optional)

 

PREPARATION

Remove the thickened stalks and flowers of the waterleaf leaving only the leaves and succulent stalk. Rinse the water leaves, then cut them

You may squeeze out the juice out of the small number of bitter leaves if you desire, rinse and cut. Also rinse and cut the scent leaves.

Rinse the locust bean

Remove the skin and head of all the shawa fish

You may rinse the crayfish

Boil the liver and season as desired.

Blend the fresh chilli peppers and tomatoes if available or use dried powdered pepper

The cooking of Gbure Eleboro is so very simple. You can put in all the ingredients into the pot at the same time except the waterleaf. Light the stove. If the peppers have been freshly blended, and there is some stock from boiling the liver or any meat used, no need to add water to the soup. You may add a little salt but remember the dried fish, crayfish and locust beans contain salt. Cover the pot and light the stove. After about 10minutes to 15minutes, you can put in the water leaves, allow to steam for about three more minutes, then stir.  Soup is ready.!

It can be eaten with any swallow – eba, fufu, pounded yam, semo etc. It can also be eaten with rice e

specially ofada rice which is also  commonly eaten by Egba people or in Abeokuta

Usually when a household of about four people eats this soup with swallow for lunch, they usually eat the remaining soup with rice later that day or following day.
