In Nigeria, the occurrences of kidney diseases are becoming alarming. But let us first note that no matter the causes as highlighted by medical experts which would be quoted below, the problem of a weak or damaged kidney emanates from blood pollution. According to Mayo Clinic (USA), "kidney diseases and problems are primarily driven by chronic health conditions, genetic factors and external lifestyle or medical influences." The National Kidney partners also states that, “The causes of kidney disease vary widely but generally fall into categories like chronic conditions, genetic disorders, infections, lifestyle factors and medication effects.” They went on to list disease causes like diabetes, High Blood Pressure, family history, aging, certain medications, chronic dehydration etc.
Apart from causes due to genetics or family history which started in previous generation(s) in which a person may have been born with already defective tissues or organs, every other causes should and can be reversed. For the genetics, we can keep appealing to people to try as much as possible to avoid pollution of their blood or purify their blood before bringing forth offspring, if they want to. But blood purification is even much more vitally important to live a strong vibrant life even through 'old ages.' It would also make the services of medical professionals less cumbersome because when people fall sick and go for medical treatment, they should recover well and the occurrences of premature deaths even after medical treatments should reduce.
To purify the blood, there have been series of write-ups on that one Farm Cafe but this particular write-up is aimed at checking the ravaging of people’s health due to kidney problems. Actually if a person's kidney(s) are functioning well, the need for blood purification would be reduced, provided the intake of non-biodegradable
substances into the blood is also limited. It is of course better than the main organ(s) that God the Creator designed for exit of pollutants from the bloodstream should function well. How can we get our body organs, not just kidneys to function well? 👉
Gen.1.29 - And God said, See, I have given you EVERY PLANT YIELDING SEED that is on the face of all the land and every tree with seed in its fruit; YOU SHALL HAVE THEM FOR FOOD.
This brings us to the crux of this write-up - the plant or one of the plants yielding seed that God the Creator of humans each with a body has provided that is a food and good for the kidneys. There may be others but one of such is Phyllanthus niruri (Kidney stone breaker). See picture. I discovered it in my.mini-garden about two or three years ago. I read about it and found out the health-benefits. I was still contemplating on it when I saw posts online of many people who already knew and were using it to break kidney stones. So I started taking it for such - I would boil and drink the juice. There was even a period I felt so much discomfort after taking some processed foods that I took out the leaves from the boiled water and swallowed. It always brought so.much relief no matter the means that toxics got into the blood i.e. through ingestion of some foods, drinks, medications, air pollution etc - Why? Because whenever anything harmful or not supposed to be in the bloodstream leaves or the quantity of such in the blood reduces, there should be some relief because the production of free radicals causing pains or discomforts would be less at that point in time.
Phyllanthus niruri can also be soaked in drinkable water without boiling. But it is so very bitter. But I discovered that some seeds and plants can also help achieve same blood cleansing effect and aid in getting the kidneys to pass out substances. It should have been all plant seeds if they have not been tampered with by humans. So I discovered that some seeds (organic-grown) can also achieve similar results. Since they taste better, I abandoned Phyllanthus niruri for.many months.
But some weeks ago, I purchased some seedlings from IITA at an exhibition. After bringing them back to my garden, I noticed that one of the seedlings I later checked was Abrus precatorious looked so much like Phyllanthus niruri. Considering my tight budget, I felt somewhat crossed that I had purchased a plant I already had. I placed the plants side by side and they looked the same as at that time since Abrus was still a small seedling and Phyllanthus is normally a small.plant. Then I remembered I had read that Phyllanthus niruri had very tiny seeds. So I felt underneath the leaves of the two plants and did detect the tiny seeds of Phyllanthus but none for Abrus. Though Abrus precatorious would later bring out seeds or fruits but not underneath.
So I confirmed they were not the same plant. But then I had an Eureka moment! Through study of bible scriptures and science and what dropped in my spirit to.my mind, the Almighty God had revealed to me that in seeds He has put ALL the solutions to the health problems of humanity and I suppose all living creatures. So even though Phyllanthus niruri does not bear fruits, having seeds on its leaves reminds me of Genesis 1.29 - And God said, See, I have given you EVERY PLANT YIELDING SEED that is on the face of all the land..."
Do you know the full implication of that? Humans are suffering needlessly
