PART TWO: WHY SOME SUBSTANCES IN FOODS, MEDICATIONS CAUSE PAINS, DISEASES

To stop pains due to high levels of free radicals in the body, increase the intake of nutrients from truly PURE, NATURALLY grown foods.

It can be any food  but such food will contain little or more of all of these - carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. I shall mention examples of such foods in the concluding part of this series. You will of course need water devoid of toxics.

Do you know that in recent times, the main reason lots of medications including vaccines result in health issues sparking heated debates is because the pureness/naturalness of foods have also been heavily compromised? 

Please get this: the adverse effects of using synthetics and/or heavy metals in medicines, drugs or vaccines on the human body would not have been well exposed if the naturalness of foods was not also generally compromised. 

The human body God designed is a masterpiece. But due to certain factors in the environment which are also caused by humans like pollutions, it may experience ill-health. Though the body can naturally recover, it may need assistance for speedier recovery. So, when the person takes medicine which is simply supposed to be certain nutrients in concentrated form taken from pure food substances, the body should recover faster. 

Free radicals are normally produced from the .metabolic processes of the body which takes  in and expels substances. Afterwards the free radicals are supposed to be converted into forms that the body can use/expel. This  even results in more energy and better body functions. The processes  should happen seamlessly in a body that takes only pure, natural foods including drinks, as well as pure medicines if needed. 

But with the use of synthetics in production of medicines, drugs or vaccines and  more regular usage of these medications, more free radicals, lasting longer in the body are produced. This means that while the nutrients (concentrated  pure food substances) in the medication(s) assist the body to heal, the medication(s) also deposits non-food substances resulting in more free radicals. These may later cause challenge(s) to the body because of the synthetics and/or heavy metals also in many modern  manufactured medications. 

But God the Creator has built the body in a way that as long as the human being is constantly feeding on truly real food that the Creator has recommended, the body will counteract the effects of non-food substances that sometimes get inside. REAL FOOD contain natural nutrients that will yield or supply antioxidants to the body. Non-food substances which may come into the body by any means such as medications, body care products, polluted air, hard substance abuse and even some food and drinks  will result in higher levels of free radicals

SIMPLE HEALTH FORMULA
Free radicals – Antioxidants = Oxidative Stress causing Pain(s) or Diseases or Death depending on how high the difference

EXAMPLE (hypothetical)
90% Free Radicals  - 60% Antioxidants  = 30% Oxidative Stress i.e. Pain which can lead to disease(s) or death.

APPLYING THE FORMULA 
So, to decrease Oxidative stress i.e. pain(s) in the body and avert disease(s), either REDUCE intake of what is causing high levels of FREE RADICALS or IINCREASE what is producing ANTIOXIDANTS or both. 

If you take modern-day medications, ultra- processed foods, even fresh foodstuffs produced with synthetic chemicals or heavy metals or get exposed  to non-food substances causing high levels of free-radicals in the body through any of the other  means, you need to clear your system. But free radicals which are unstable molecules harming your body cannot be expelled through the kidney(s), sweat glands or lungs except they are converted into another form.

The human body will always produce free-radicals  from metabolic processes.  But the level and duration of these free radicals in the body can determine how fast or slowly you age, how weak  or strong (disease-free) you will be as you grow older, how well your body organs will function and  how mentally-alert you will be etc.

In the next  part of this series, I will share practical experience of how reducing free radicals, increasing antioxidants by sourcing real nutrients in pure foods has helped me reduce inflammation, body pains and avert disease(s). Before I got to know and was able to get the real nutrients in pure foods, my body would over-react to toxics  that get inside through the various means, even foods and drinks with low amount of toxics.

After I started taking the pure foods regularly, some substances that must have been causing the unexplainable discomforts and excessive inflammation  amassed at the point of a vaccine injection I took over 10years ago. I have not said the vaccine is toxic but let’s x-ray or dissect what happened that led to tumour growth at the exact point of vaccine injection.

After scraping and shedding out of some substances from the tumour at the vaccine injection point, the discomforts or serious inflammation, even pains  my body usually experienced after taking most  foods and drinks have reduced tremendously.  How is the vaccination related to free radicals which harm the body if they don't get converted and expelled from the body?
