DEPRESSION ACTUALLY CAUSED BY TOXINS IN HUMAN BODY
Do you know depression, terribly bad moods or outright mental health problems are not actually caused/ sustained by bad circumstances or bereavement or loneliness?
Really? Yes! Depression, terribly bad moods, most mental health problems, even constant tantrums by little children have their main causes or roots in the toxic load inside the person's body.

Depression is a common, serious mood disorder characterised by persistent sadness, loss of interest, fatigue, and cognitive changes lasting at least two weeks.
THINGS NOTED
From various definitions and descriptions, I note that the causes of depression are said to stem from
*Genetic i.e. hereditary - why is that? Let's explore this together. Have you heard it said of some families that mental health problem runs in their lineage - in every generation of such a family, at least one or more family members have had mental health problems? Why? This may just be a physical health issue.
The amount of toxins that build up in a person can become so much that it affects their mental health causing depression, terrible mood swings or even short or prolong insanity.
From my findings, traumatic life event or bad circumstances is said to be a trigger or risk factor and not a cause. So a person with considerable toxic load in their body system from any one or more of these - air pollution, some medications, food, drinks including water, body care products may be triggered into depression or insane behaviour like harming themselves or others.
Due to one reason or another, even if triggered, they may be able to prevent serious prolonged depression or insanity in their lifetime, in spite of the toxic load in them. But as a result of having such toxic load in their blood, if they have offspring, these toxins predisposing to mental health issues may be inherited through the genes by one or more of the offspring. So at least one offspring may be a carrier of factors causing that mental health problem.
But in spite of carrying such toxic loads in their genes, any one or more of the offspring who live a very healthy lifestyle may never have any serious mental health issue. But note that not every depression, which most people that have passed or passing through earth have experienced is due to genetics.
*Environmental factors - Depression may be due to environmental factors - air pollution mainly and other means by which toxins get into the body. The depression can then be triggered by circumstances or issues that usually make people feel sad or depressed.
Have you noticed that there are people that do not fall into depression or have been depressed before but never again no matter what happens? There is of course stamina built spiritually and emotionally that help people overcome or live beyond depression.
What I have found prayer does is that God either helps the person to know what to do to counteract the causes/triggers of depression or puts the person in situation/around people that can steer away what can cause depression.
Have you noticed also that there are people and/or environments that seem all out to get people depressed? I know very well about being nearby people who seem very desperate to make others depressed even if it means harming themselves as well.
Don't let them get under your skin. Just know what your rights are and gather enough evidence if they cross the lines. Meanwhile wish them well and pray they will be willing to deal with the root causes of their problems.
*Biological - this should be depression or hormonal issues caused by living organisms. A person having biological toxins like worms infestation, viruses, bacteria or fungi would feel discomforts which can affect moods. You may have heard of rabies infection caused by being bitten by a dog which led to the person having mental health problems. Things like that can be swiftly counteracted- discussion for another time.
*Chronic illness - sickness or pains in the body especially if prolonged can cause feelings of depression or affect the mental state . I believe in prayers. The causes or aggravators of the illness especially a prolonged one may be unknown to the person, loved ones or even the health care providers. I know God is omniscient -all-knowing.
There are sicknesses caused by the sick person or other people inadvertently or even deliberately. For instance, until recently, the medical field claimed that the cause(s) of cancer was unknown. So people often did things that grew or prolonged cancers in their bodies and the chronic disease affected their mental state.
Some answers to health problems come not always as supernatural - a miracle, but in people knowing the cause(s) or aggravator(s) and stopping them or tackling them.
Depression can lead to severe long-term effects like cardiovascular disease,. While being very sad can affect hormonal balance, cardiovascular problems are usually caused by toxic load in the blood which then affects the heart, related tissues and organs.
SOLUTIONS
Having known that the main cause of Depression or even outright mental health problem is primarily due to toxic load in the body, what then is a major solution?
Detoxify - reduce or if possible, eliminate toxic loads in the body - they cause 'bad blood'' i.e impurities in the blood which then affects brain chemistry negatively.
You may have noriced that when you take lots of highly refined foods, sugary stuffs, or some delicacies afterwards - hours or days later, you just have a feeling of lethargy - sort of laziness or body unwilling to be very active. You may even have had serious body disconforts and this may have affected your mood.
If a child is consrantly having tantrums, check what that child is eating, drinking, body care products being used and the environmental situation - any air pollution(s). Make adjustments as much as possible for healthier options. There is of course still the need for character training
Alcohol
For adults who drink liquor, smoke or take hard substance(s): have you noticed the tendencies towards depression or extremist behaviour bordering on mental health problems afterwards? It is still the same logic - toxic substances have got into their bodies causing serious hormonal imbalances including some brain dysfunction.
Non-substance users
These days, with most food, soft drinks, polluted air, medicines, there are toxic substances but the toxic load per intake is just less than that of alcohol or other hard substances.
So prioritise mental well-being over hard substances. Avoid toxins in food, drinks, medicines, air, body care products. Let's keep calling out wrong practices that allow inclusion of toxic substances in production of food, drinks, medications, body care products and in the pollution of the environment.
If feeling constantly depressed, aside other circumstantial or emotional issues, there is very likely toxic build-up in your body. When you know there are toxins build-up in your body system, especially at this celebration period when people tend to eat and drink merrily , detoxify before the toxins start messing with the brain and hormones.
Simple things to take
Fresh organic - grown leaves, spices, seeds help expel toxins from the body. The purer - naturally-bred they were produced the more effective. Most salads these days are made from ingredients that are highly-commercialised with high likelihood of toxic substances in their production. So they may not be as effective in helping to remove toxins from your body. Ensure you get fresh pure naturally grown edible leaves, spices and seeds for cleansing the body system of toxins.
Exercises and spending time around vegetation also helps.
