RIGOROUS WORK - FARM WORK DOES NOT WEAKEN THE BODY


..real reasons bodies get weak
... detecting your body ‘weakeners’

Many people would probably argue that rigorous tasks such as farming  activities weaken the body but Nooo! It’s a lie!

Our bodies were actually created by the Almighty God to be VERY VERY VERY STRONG for very many years. We were not designed to be weaklings Spiritually, Mentally, Emotionally, ‘Willfully’, Physically.

But humans have been tampering with almost all of God’s creation including themselves. As a result of which a lot of human bodies have been adulterated (render (something) lower in quality by adding another substance).

So compromised are human bodies that they are functioning far far lower than full capacity naturally– I dare say not even up to 50 percent of God’s original intent.

Wait a minute – before you (especially the superbly rich and mighty) dismiss this, thinking  ‘I don’t need strength for rigorous work when I can always afford machines or other people to do the work. ‘Do you realise that a weak body is a potentially sick body?’ Even people who do not need to do rigorous work should still ensure that their bodies  can undergo  rigours on regular basis without breaking down. It does not have to be farming activities but other rigorous activities on regular basis.

Gardening or farming is advisable though because one of the things that weaken the body apart from substance abuse is food (both fresh and processed) that toxic substances have been used in their production to boost growth, preserve or aid the processing. Very rich people used to love doing gardening for leisure. Whst changed that?

Know this and know peace :  Health Problems  can best be solved by ensuring the purity of what constantly goes into our bodies. Even if this cannot be achieved 100 percent, everyone should start or intensify advocacy  that substances  that can damage consumers’ health are not used in food production.

There are those who can of course afford the best of the best medical care.  Question: ‘Is the human body a vehicle that constantly breaks down due to usage and even needs  its parts to be replaced? Surely the human body deserves more respect or has ill-health become so sophisticated that sophisticated people enjoy sickness?

I have done some local science experiments and discovered so many times that what goes into the body is what weakens and can even make the body sick. When able to get food devoid of toxic substances, I feel so very strong and vibrant and able to do much rigorous activities.  But after taking certain foods, hours later I would feel weak  and not so energetic. There are certain  foods that hours later would even make me feel so terrible – sickly. I am  able to detect through the inflammatory effects and other distress signals when toxins are in my body system in mild or significant levels.  When the inflammatory effects starts, I take some activated charcoal which adsorbs toxic substances but may also adsorb vitamins and minerals – one can take vitamin supplements later.

Toxic substances absorbed by activated charcoal will not be absorbed by the blood, reducing possibility of blood-related health problems like diabetes, hypertension, cardiac arrest, cancer,, dementia, eye problems, skin problems etc.

Taking  organic fruits with dietary fibre is also good to limit the toxins getting absorbed by the blood.

For toxins that still get absorbed by the blood, drinks made with herbs like pawpaw leaves and African cherry leaves can help remove. Take as soon as possible  after detecting toxins have got into the body system.

To detect food that weakens the body or cause distress signals-  which potentially pose health problems
1. From time to time, I do a natural detox for a day, taking herbs as tea and organic-grown fruits.
2. I may combine it with fasting from solid food. At the end of a full day I am alert to observe the effect of any food I take afterwards in my body–  if eating rice or beans or any food, I  eat only such that day once or twice .  I cook the rice or beans separately from the stew or sauce.  If I observe inflammation or other serious body discomfort, rather than take pain-killers or some medication  like many people do to suppress pain, I  note the ingredients, is it the rice, the tomatoes, peppers or onions or the oil? If it is beans, is it the beans itself or the other ingredients? I may then eat only the rice or only the beans and observe  the effect on the body.
At another time, I take only the stew or sauce and observe the effect. Others who eat the same meal with me hardly detect anything.

3. So I prefer to test  these with my chickens – as highlighted in another write-up The effects would show on the chickens’ bodies in different ways.

Removing as much of the toxins as possible is essential so they wouldn’t damage the body.

But the best would be to ensure toxins don’t get into our bodies through food. Though toxins can also get in through medications, air pollution, body care products and substance abuse, the most damaging is food. This is because eating of food is constant. Since most people don’t produce all their food, they have to buy what is available in the market. They are therefore compelled to take some toxic substances that many commercial food producers use. – as the food digests and releases nutrients, it also releases toxins- so food that nourishes can also damage health.

One of the effects we are seeing are youngsters who can hardly do very rigorous tasks without using some substances. When they do rigorous work with natural  strength, they usually experience aches or pains.

Exercises or rigorous work are not supposed to make one weak or sickly . It’s normal to feel tired after doing rigorous activities for a considerable time. But after resting well, the body is supposed to bounce back  -ready for another round of energetic  activities.

In summary, the permanent health solution people are searching for to keep their bodies genuinely strong /functioning well can be found  in the natural production of food
