HERBS DO NOT DAMAGE BODY ORGANS


...why you may have experienced pains when you took edible herbs

Contrary to what some people think, herbs particularly those grown naturally, which is the normal -acceptable way to grow crops, do not damage body organs.

I have heard at least a herbalist say that some someone's kidney(s) got damaged as a result of taking herbs.  That is NOT TRUE. Our indigenous or any naturally-grown grown  HERBS DO NOT DAMAGE, THEY HEAL

So what happened when some persons who took herbs started experiencing pains in certain organs  like the kidney(s) or bowels or head or eyes or chest or stomach or bowels  etc?
 
Genesis 1:29, 30 Herbs were given to us by God  - the Creator of all Creations including all living  i.e. human beings. So how can what the Creator specifically gave the Creatures for their well-being damage their health? 
If you take herbs  that you are sure have been naturally or organic-grown and you experience pain, be glad that the culprit(s) in your body system have been discovered. The health-damaging culprits in your body are resisting arrest- I will explain. 
This presupposes that the person taking the herbs is not on a treatment protocol involving prescription drugs. The herbs may likely interact with the drugs. It is not because the naturally-grown edible herbs are not safe for consumption but lots of medications have been synthetically  manufactured.
During the process(es) of manufacturing  and for preservation, some substances must have been used – those substances are the reasons for the side effects of many drugs. I will leave it at that. You can enquire further from medical professionals why prescription drugs have side effects. 

As for edible herbs which are  actually foods, they, like the normal or well-known foods we eat are not supposed to have any considerable negative side effects if they have not been tampered with in growing or processing them.

So if one experiences pain after taking  naturally-grown or truly-organic herb(s), know that it is because there are already toxins in the person’s body. Those toxins may have got in through normally-eaten  foods with toxic substances (grown, processed or preserved with chemicals), through manufactured drugs, or vaccines, body care products, very constant toxic air pollution or substance abuse. 

Some toxins may cause discomforts in the body but easily dissolve and pass out. Hence reason you or some people you know would have had times you felt somewhat sickly but even without treatment per se, you later felt better or upbeat again. 

But sometimes due to the fact that toxins weaken the body immunity before they are passed out, the person may catch an infection and fall sick. The weakening of the immunity may also be reason that the  person may experience a mishap like falling down or get beaten by the rains and fall sick. 

Usually, some minor treatment or even just good rest and good feeding  can restore health. But it’s better to go for treatment than take chances. 

On the other hand, some toxins are hard inorganic substances that do not dissolve or break down easily. If they constantly get into the body through any of the above mentioned ways, they can build up in the body.

 When they get in, there would be some distress signals by the body. Many people ignore  the signals. It may become so regular, that some people don’t even detect it. 

When absorbed by the blood, even if the liver successfully separates them from nutrients and forwards them as wastes, they  would likely be unable  to pass through the kidneys. Those toxic inorganic substances would either damage the kidney(s) in attempting to pass out through that channel. 

Before or after damaging the kidney(s), they may flow  in the bloodstream to different parts of the body. They may then get stuck in certain parts of the body and over time, they build up there. The heavy presence of toxic inorganic substances in the body before or after causing kidney  or other organ damage, may cause any one or more of these -  hypertension or high blood pressure, cancer, insulin resistance leading to Type 2 Diabetes, back pains, arthritic pains, constant headaches, skin blemishes,,  excessive wrinkling, eyesight problem etc.

So when a person takes herbs, since most herbs do ‘clearing and forwarding’ in the body, they go after toxins in the body. Herbs are anti-toxins, so what do you expect will happen? There will be a clash  between the elements in the herbs and the toxic elements as the herbs try to force the toxins out of the body. 

As a result of the clash,  the person feels pain. So who, I mean what do you blame for the pain?
1. The herbs that want to help you remove the toxins from your body and cleanse your system?
2. The toxins that want to damage your body organs, make you sick or weak or age faster?

The clash will even be more explosive if the herb does not just remove toxins  but also has vwry good capacity to break down toxic inorganic substances in the body. You may experience intense pains if the toxins load in your body is much.

 Hence I advise that if taking  potent herbs, please consult well with knowledgeable or well-experienced herbal practitioner(s) on the protocol. 

Even if you have been taking herbs, there are certain herbs you may not know are more efficacious in breaking down, clearing and forwarding of toxins out of the body.

The less the toxic load in a body, the more functional that body can be, even over time, with some other simple factors in place. 

A whole lot of people have or would have had considerable toxins or hard inorganic substances in their system
1. If they have been eating foods grown by modern times commercial foodstuffs growers and/and manufactured processed foods/drinks thst have subdtances  in them toxic to the human body.

2. If they regularly take manufactured drugs in different forms, supplements or vaccines 

3. If they use highly-commercialised manufactured body care products 

4. If they live, work or frequently go to or stay in places with toxic air pollution 

5. If they are into hard substance abuse

It would of course be better not to have toxins getting into our bodies than constantly having to remove them to  stay naturally strong  or prevent diseases

RIGOROUS WORK - FARM WORK DOES NOT WEAKEN THE BODY


..real reasons bodies get weak
... detecting your body ‘weakeners’

Many people would probably argue that rigorous tasks such as farming  activities weaken the body but Nooo! It’s a lie!

Our bodies were actually created by the Almighty God to be VERY VERY VERY STRONG for very many years. We were not designed to be weaklings Spiritually, Mentally, Emotionally, ‘Willfully’, Physically.

But humans have been tampering with almost all of God’s creation including themselves. As a result of which a lot of human bodies have been adulterated (render (something) lower in quality by adding another substance).

So compromised are human bodies that they are functioning far far lower than full capacity naturally– I dare say not even up to 50 percent of God’s original intent.

Wait a minute – before you (especially the superbly rich and mighty) dismiss this, thinking  ‘I don’t need strength for rigorous work when I can always afford machines or other people to do the work. ‘Do you realise that a weak body is a potentially sick body?’ Even people who do not need to do rigorous work should still ensure that their bodies  can undergo  rigours on regular basis without breaking down. It does not have to be farming activities but other rigorous activities on regular basis.

Gardening or farming is advisable though because one of the things that weaken the body apart from substance abuse is food (both fresh and processed) that toxic substances have been used in their production to boost growth, preserve or aid the processing. Very rich people used to love doing gardening for leisure. Whst changed that?

Know this and know peace :  Health Problems  can best be solved by ensuring the purity of what constantly goes into our bodies. Even if this cannot be achieved 100 percent, everyone should start or intensify advocacy  that substances  that can damage consumers’ health are not used in food production.

There are those who can of course afford the best of the best medical care.  Question: ‘Is the human body a vehicle that constantly breaks down due to usage and even needs  its parts to be replaced? Surely the human body deserves more respect or has ill-health become so sophisticated that sophisticated people enjoy sickness?

I have done some local science experiments and discovered so many times that what goes into the body is what weakens and can even make the body sick. When able to get food devoid of toxic substances, I feel so very strong and vibrant and able to do much rigorous activities.  But after taking certain foods, hours later I would feel weak  and not so energetic. There are certain  foods that hours later would even make me feel so terrible – sickly. I am  able to detect through the inflammatory effects and other distress signals when toxins are in my body system in mild or significant levels.  When the inflammatory effects starts, I take some activated charcoal which adsorbs toxic substances but may also adsorb vitamins and minerals – one can take vitamin supplements later.

Toxic substances absorbed by activated charcoal will not be absorbed by the blood, reducing possibility of blood-related health problems like diabetes, hypertension, cardiac arrest, cancer,, dementia, eye problems, skin problems etc.

Taking  organic fruits with dietary fibre is also good to limit the toxins getting absorbed by the blood.

For toxins that still get absorbed by the blood, drinks made with herbs like pawpaw leaves and African cherry leaves can help remove. Take as soon as possible  after detecting toxins have got into the body system.

To detect food that weakens the body or cause distress signals-  which potentially pose health problems
1. From time to time, I do a natural detox for a day, taking herbs as tea and organic-grown fruits.
2. I may combine it with fasting from solid food. At the end of a full day I am alert to observe the effect of any food I take afterwards in my body–  if eating rice or beans or any food, I  eat only such that day once or twice .  I cook the rice or beans separately from the stew or sauce.  If I observe inflammation or other serious body discomfort, rather than take pain-killers or some medication  like many people do to suppress pain, I  note the ingredients, is it the rice, the tomatoes, peppers or onions or the oil? If it is beans, is it the beans itself or the other ingredients? I may then eat only the rice or only the beans and observe  the effect on the body.
At another time, I take only the stew or sauce and observe the effect. Others who eat the same meal with me hardly detect anything.

3. So I prefer to test  these with my chickens – as highlighted in another write-up The effects would show on the chickens’ bodies in different ways.

Removing as much of the toxins as possible is essential so they wouldn’t damage the body.

But the best would be to ensure toxins don’t get into our bodies through food. Though toxins can also get in through medications, air pollution, body care products and substance abuse, the most damaging is food. This is because eating of food is constant. Since most people don’t produce all their food, they have to buy what is available in the market. They are therefore compelled to take some toxic substances that many commercial food producers use. – as the food digests and releases nutrients, it also releases toxins- so food that nourishes can also damage health.

One of the effects we are seeing are youngsters who can hardly do very rigorous tasks without using some substances. When they do rigorous work with natural  strength, they usually experience aches or pains.

Exercises or rigorous work are not supposed to make one weak or sickly . It’s normal to feel tired after doing rigorous activities for a considerable time. But after resting well, the body is supposed to bounce back  -ready for another round of energetic  activities.

In summary, the permanent health solution people are searching for to keep their bodies genuinely strong /functioning well can be found  in the natural production of food
