PART FOUR: YOUR LIFE IS IN YOUR BLOOD


Have you ever experienced or know of at least one person that though seemingly in good health experiences or has at one time or the other experienced the following?:

You wake up in the middle of the night or you have been in a meeting, or any place and you felt the need to urinate.

The moment you feel the urge, you start moving to the restroom or any place you can urinate. But as you got there or even before getting there, you perceive the urine threatening to spill without your readiness. 

You quickly rush to do the necessary undressing but in spite of the rush, the urine spilled – one or more drops before you are set.

You may think it's because you didn’t get to the cistern or urinary place on time- No – it’s a temporary loss of control of a vital organ due to impurities that got into your blood.

 If you are not into alcoholism, tobacco smoking or any substance abuse, you may wonder  'how did impurities get into my body system, enough to cause that?,' You may even think it’s as a result of aging especially for someone in their 50s, 60s, 70s or more.

Would you believe that even for someone in 90s, if their blood is clean – free of impurities, they may hardly  experience such?

When I heard there were people in their 40s or younger who sometimes need to wear diapers, I thought it was something far-fetched. 

But after various studies and findings on how  some toxic inorganic substances find their way into our bloodstreams, I began to understand.

By being observant, you can detect whatever has caused or is causing such  and take action(s) to counteract it. 

Some months ago, I went to a pharmacy to get supplements – I sometimes take them – not regularly but from time to time because one cannot be sure of getting all the needed vitamins and minerals from food. 

I couldn’t  get the  simple supplements I asked but was shown one that is ‘power-packed,’ specifically for ladies. 

It has arrays of vitamins, folic acid, biotin, berry extract, arrays of minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium and so on and so forth - so many, I can’t mention all. It is produced by a reputable company.

Whenever I buy a pack, I use once a while and so this one lasted much longer than the 30days it’s supposed to last if taken daily.

After some months, I went to buy another and the salesperson  insisted that it should be taken daily. 

Against my own judgement from what I know I decided to take daily – After some days – about four days, I started having the experience described above – rushing to urinate. 

Also, during a period I  was taking the supplements daily, at a meeting of just a couple of hours, I had to hurry to urinate, contrary to the normal firm control I have over my body systems.

These made me take notice of the signals – your body will always give signals when anything  potentially harmful gets on or into it.

 I observed  some more and discovered it was the regular-daily intake of the supplements – the industrial production of most supplements and drugs involve the use of synthetic materials   - these are substances that in excess cannot be fully absorbed by the cells of the body. 

So while the nutrients and/or curative substances in the supplements or drugs will nourish the body, suppress pains or cure ailments, they also introduce some  substances that can possibly  harm the body.

Have you wondered why people whom regular drugs intake have been recommended for terminal diseases like hypertension, diabetes, arthritis and so on have to take them for years or even all through their remaining lifetime? 

Go and check it out – can it be that while most drugs cure, they also introduce substances that over time make the body  need regular treatment? 

That is debatable. But people concerned do need to ask why their body have to perpetually be in need of treatment  - is it normal?

Anyway I stopped the regular intake of that supplement and the embarassing phenomenon stopped. 

Processed foods like butter, milk, pastries from white wheat flour, processed meats, industrially-produced vegetable oils and seasonings, frizzy drinks etc and the king of them all – refined white sugar can also introduce some elements of synthetic, toxic or inorganic substances, some of which are not needed by the body and may be even harmful. 

With truly healthy feeding, the body shouldn't need regular and/or perpetual intake of drugs and supplements 

 From previous series and parts of this series, it was highlighted that things used on the body and things  inhaled constantly - industrially-produced creams, lotions, soaps, perfumes, body sprays, air fresheners, insecticides, bleach etc also introduce some toxic inorganic substances into the body. 

Even some fresh foodstuffs with heavy usage of synthetic materials or so much  inorganic substances in their production are culprits. 

 While some inorganic compounds can be toxic to the body, some like clean water and salts, vitamins and minerals are essential for life.

 Salt, except in excess is relatively harmless. It would have been good to get all needed vitamins and minerals from food but such can’t always be guaranteed hence need for supplements but care has to be taken to ensure they are not in excess in the body so as not to cause us story that touch – you get it!

Toxic inorganic compounds include traces of  lead, mercury,  cadmium, arsenic and asbestos that find their way into the body. 

There are also different  factors influencing the toxicity  of these inorganic substances in our bloodstreams. But you can know when things are not feeling right in your body and detect possible causes before or as you go for medical treatment if necessary.  

PURIFYING THE BLOOD

1. If possible, stop or limit the intake or the use of  anything you know introduces impurities  to the bloodstream and can even accumulate to cause cancers and other diseases directly or indirectly.

 But we know for now this is near impossible for most people – you can’t produce everything you need, so you can't guarantee everything you use. 

This world is not yet ready to overhaul production systems to prevent the use of harmful synthetic or potentially toxic substances on what is to be taken or used by people including livestock to be consumed by humans. 

2. Fasting and taking just water for some days can help reduce the toxic  inorganic loads in our bloodstreams and purify the blood –If done right, you may have observed that there are people who get healed of long term diseases after a fast and some people trying to conceive are able to – the inorganic load/toxins in their bloodstreams causing obstruction to normal body functions were minimised or eliminated.

But if a healthy diet/lifestyle  is not sustained afterwards, they may experience same or other diseases. It’s not because God is angry with them.  God said as revealed in Hosea 4.6 - My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.. John.8.32 - And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." 

3. Use of substances which to an extent can adsorb some of these toxic inorganic substances before they get absorbed by the blood e.g. activated charcoal. Do consult with credible or trusted health-care professionals on this to guide on the usage.

I take activated charcoal some minutes or few hours after eating or drinking and I feel some inflammatory effects – a kind of burning sensation – it’s the body reacting to substances that are  potentially harmful to it–many people don't notice this distress signals so toxic elements accumulate in the body.  

If you decide to go for activated charcoal produced into capsules, just take note of the fact that the casing for most drugs or supplements are synthetic- the drug or supplement will cure or suppress pains but can also introduce substances that may be harmful. 

What activated charcoal does is to adsorb some, most of the inorganic substances before they are absorbed by the blood. Since activated charcoal cannot be absorbed by the blood, the substances it adsorbs would not get to the liver and kidneys to cause stress or damage. 

But activated charcoal can also adsorb some nutrients like vitamins and minerals so avoid taking them with food. 

But since commercially-produced and preserved  beans usually have lots of  chemical residues – toxic inorganic substances, I have started cooking with activated charcoal. 

While there’s possibility that the activated charcoal may also adsorb some of the nutrients, I also soak beans to be cooked with charcoal for hours. I would then boil the beans for some time with charcoal till soft and then remove before adding condiments.
Even onions are produced with lots of chemicals so after slicing, I soak in water for some minutes and add charcoal. Remove the charcoal before sieving out the water and add the onions to the food.
I am also thinking of soaking peppers with activated charcoal before use. 

4.There is also the option of detox – purification of the blood. There are credible practitioners in Natural healthcare. They usually organise Green Challenge  or Detox programmes virtually- what they do is encourage those interested to spend days or weeks taking greens or other herbs and spices daily. 

This would help to clear your system of most of the substances that are toxic. 

5. Incorporate herbs and spices in your regular feeding

 –Drawing from Genesis 1:29 in the bible, since God the Creator of humans said He has given us herbs and  every tree bearing fruit as food, I believe these should be a regular part of our feeding.

But many of these herbs are not great to the taste, so incorporating them in household feeding has to be done creatively so that the food or drink can still be palatable or delicious.

For instance, you can make pancakes, add  a bit of the juice of a bitter herb like pawpaw leaves juice to mix.

 By the time you add sweeteners like dates or honey, these can overpower the bitter taste of the herb.

 You can also add lime juice in sweet foods or in  rice often produced with arsenic as lime helps in breaking down hard molecules in the food for easier digestion and expulsion of wastes from the body. 

You can add a bit of the juice of Phyllanthus niruri – Kidney stone breaker leaves to sweet foods and drinks so there would be less stress on the kidneys as the herb incorporated will do some breaking down. 

 You can make teas with leaves of trees e.g. pawpaw, almond, mango leaves and shrubs like Pitanga leaves teas and add milk and sweetener.
  
PURPOSE
Always  remember the end goal - either prevent impurities from getting to your blood or purify the blood as much as possible with edible leaves, spices or any truly healthy food or organic drink.
  
THIRD MAJOR QUESTION IN THIS SERIES
But will these prevent disease factors from being transmitted to offspring if such persons  regularly purifying their blood decide to bear child/children?

....can I purify my blood and stop pains?

Let's explore this together:

Internal body pains can be caused by a whole lot of factors. 

But do you know that harmful substances i.e. inorganic substances or synthetic materials in  what we ingest, inhale, use on our bodies or inject into it, when they get to our bloodstream can also cause us pains?

In fact these inorganic substances or synthetics which are toxic to the body, if they accumulate, can also aggravate pains caused by other factors in the body.

From various findings, the body pains causing factors include:
- Injury to internal organs, muscle or bones

- Stretching or Swelling: Organs can become stretched or swollen due to rigorous tasks, too rigorous exercises etc

- Infection such as viral or bacterial infections

- Inflammation and blockages of internal organs such as digestive or urinary tract.

- Decreased blood flow to organs or tissues, blood clots can cause pain and damage.

- Cancers and Tumours: Cancerous and non-cancerous growths can put pressure on surrounding tissues and cause pain.

- Nutritional Deficiencies: Lack of essential vitamins and minerals like Vitamin D, can affect muscle and bone health, leading to pain.

- Stress can cause muscle tension and worsen existing pain conditions.

- Lack of sleep can disrupt the body's natural repair processes, leading to increased pain sensitivity.

- Autoimmune Disorders: Conditions like lupus and fibromyalgia can cause chronic pain and inflammation.


Some pains such as tumours and cancers, blockages or blood clots are actually caused by these inorganic substances or synthetics in the body while some pains with other causes are aggravated by them.

Bacterial or viral infections, pains from overstretching the body, and emotional stress pains are examples of pains not caused by inorganic or synthetic substances but aggravated by them.

REAL LIFE STORY
A Nigerian lady (in mid-40s) living in Nigeria began to discover there were lots of inorganic substances in foods, drinks, drugs and supplements.

She stopped taking drugs and industrially-produced supplements.

She started taking fresh herbs and spices as supplements.

She also realised especially after the Covid 19 era, from Year 2001/2002, that lots of processed and even fresh foodstuffs contain inorganic substances.

So she began to be very intentional about her choice of food and where to purchase fresh foodstuffs.

She also stopped consumption of almost all processed foods.

She started feeling very strong, hardly felt body pains. After overworking for hours, she hardly felt too tired. She would just caution herself to take a rest. 

With a little rest, she was ready again for more rigorous activities.

Also after doing away with synthetic body care products, she noticed the blemishes on her skin started fading and the skin irritations stopped.

Apart from constantly feeling strong,  menopausal discomforts she had been experiencing in previous years stopped between ages 48 to 50years . Her menstrual cycle became normalised again with regular periodical menstrual flow.

The menstrual blood flowed easily, looked clean with a beautiful red colour and no significant  menstrual pains as she approached  age 50.

But in her 30s and early 40s, she used to experience severe menstrual pains with difficulty moving her body during those days.

But from around 48 years, she could even do laborious work like using a shovel to pack sand and lifting about 20kg to 25kg of sand  over a walking distance four to five times in one hour even while menstruating.

This was in addition to doing other domestic chores most of those days and then reading for hours, getting about 5hours of sleep daily and not feeling tired in the morning.

But as a result of cutting off processed foods like butter, milk, sugar, frizzy drinks, pastries, cereals, beef, she lost so much weight – about 27kg.

Family and friends became concerned, asking– ‘how can you claim to be healthy when you look so thin, even emaciated?’

So she started trying to gain back some weight – she soon discovered that eating more of fresh healthy foods wasn’t  giving additional weight, just maintaining the current weight.

Also during that period, her body became sensitive to detecting if any food or drinks with health hazards – she would experience inflammation afterwards depending on the level of inorganic substances or toxins in the food or drink.

She would also experience a decline in the sharpness of her eyesight and some skin irritations.

In fact, some rashes would start re-appearing on her skin.

Her energy levels would also reduce after eating some processed foods or fresh foods with inorganic substances even if she slept longer.

Her menstrual cycle also became irregular again and somewhat painful days before and during the flow. The menstrual blood which was then coming after months of seizure was usually darker and thicker and flowed with unease.

To get relief and avert sickness, she would take herbs. These herbs basically work by helping the body to expel inorganic substances from the body but they also remove fatty substances even healthy fats, so she would lose weight again.

She would start again to avoid those foods that she knew were introducing the health hazards but which were the ones that supply some considerable fats to the body and helped the body look fleshy and add some weight.

Taking supplements and some drugs would have
also helped to curb the pains but let’s remember the industrial production of most of these supplements and drugs introduces health hazards – synthetic substances which are inorganic are used in their production and to ensure they last long enough.

She resumed intake of supplements after about five or more years. The supplements help somewhat to minimise the body pains she feels after eating processed foods like butter, milk, pastries, even fresh crop produce  grown with chemical growth boosters and livestock reared with antibiotics or other drugs.

But have you wondered why people who have had  diseases like tumours, cancers, chronic kidney damage hardly notice the body discomforts as the inorganic substances build up in their body system?

Simple Answer - drugs and supplements subdue the pans or inflammatory effects of inorganic substances and provide short term relief. 

But 'If recommended drugs or supplements to curb pains caused by the intake of inorganic or synthetic substances into the blood, the real problem has not been solved, the terminal  consequences have just been postponed.'

But getting all commercial farmers to stop the use of inorganic growth boosters in crops and livestock is an Herculean task for any country.

So, except for people who can produce all of the food they eat, you cannot stop the intake of inorganic substances.

Apart from food, drinks and drugs, even environmental pollution  and use of some commercially produced body care products lead to intake of inorganic substances into the bloodstream.

From the lady’s story above, totally avoiding some commercially processed foods except you can always produce yours can also cause inadequate nutrition.

Taking certain processed foods help one look nourished. But during the processing and also to preserve them, some inorganic or synthetic substances are used.

These make these foods and drinks that  nourish  the body also damage it very slowly- most times unnoticeably.

That’s probably the reason the medical field for years said the cause(s) of cancer and many terminal diseases was unknown.

Some other diseases are said to be hereditary, developmental errors or autoimmune so they can only be managed for life.

Not knowing or sincerely  identifying the actual causes or aggravators of these diseases have caused so much suffering, under-utilisation of the body, infertility problems for both males and females, shorter lifespans, painful aging etc.

In faith cycles, it has caused some embarrassments- some firebrand gospel ministers who pray and lay hands  with healing for the sick, themselves later falling sick  and some dying prematurely.

Some people of faith then try to do PR for God so people won’t blame God.

God is not to be blamed at all - we should find out and do the right thing under the circumstances while we pray for a change – that is an overhaul in  National and Global Food systems, Body Care Products Production and Air Pollution – these are possible though tough.

Meanwhile for those who have been eating and still have to eat some of these fresh and/or processed foodstuffs,  how can we purify our blood to stop, not just subdue the pains they cause?
